<p>I understand improvisation as a direct relationship between thought and action. Be in the present moment.</p>
<p>The proposal of this workshop is to create a state of availability from the body, to explore new possibilities of interaction with what surrounds us.</p>
<p>Starting from a receptive, relaxed and alert body at the same time, we will connect with our bone structure to find the sensation of muscle relaxation.</p>
<p>I am interested in the confrontation between thought and our body&#8217;s instinctive need for movement. We will investigate the constant friction between mind and body in motion. I believe that mental action cannot be separated from physical action, if we find a fluid connection between thought and action, we will be more present in the moment, our presence and our movement will be more precise.</p>
<p>In this workshop we will look for different ways of “thinking.” The body thinks in an intuitive, physical, spontaneous and creative way. We make decisions in motion, of which we are not aware, although they are not arbitrary.</p>
<p>We will explore that initial impulse that starts the movement. What puts us into action? Is the reaction a spontaneous impulse?</p>
<p>We will begin with a warm-up that leads us to a state of listening and physical receptivity.</p>
<p>In exploration through improvisation, we will begin with an individual listening: what is my rhythm, my impulse. We will continue with the research in pairs, dialoguing with another body. To begin to open ourselves to listening to the group and the space.</p>

<p><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span class="hps">Focusing on working the natural lines of the body and its energy, </span> <span class="hps">thus allowing for greater</span> <span class="hps">fluidity in movement</span><span class="">.</span><br />
<span class="hps">These classes are</span> <span class="hps">based in exploring exercises</span> <span class="hps">working</span> <span class="hps">the muscle surface</span> <span class="hps">to</span> <span class="hps">access a</span> <span class="hps">deeper</span> <span class="hps">level</span> <span class="hps">of</span> <span class="hps">support</span>. <span class="hps">This</span> <span class="hps">allows us to be</span> <span class="hps">more articulate</span>, <span class="hps">more connected</span> <span class="hps">to the ground and</span> <span class="hps">be able to project</span> <span class="hps">energy through the</span> <span class="hps">body.</span></span></p>
<p><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span class="hps">The</span> <span class="hps">work is based on</span> <span class="hps">the dynamics</span> <span class="hps">of breathing</span> <span class="hps">and connecting</span> <span class="hps">parts of the body</span> <span class="hps">with the ground</span> <span class="hps">and space</span> <span class="hps">from</span> <span class="hps">our center.</span></span></p>
<p>We will deepen our awareness of physical sensations, to expand the movement options available, activate our energy and enrich the quality of movement.</p>
<p>Tune into our body to continue investigating and finding new places, possibilities and sensations.</p>
<p>Train a body available to dance.</p>
<p><strong>COMPOSITION</strong></p>
<p><span id="result_box" class="" lang="en"><span class="hps">The idea</span> <span class="hps">of these classes</span> <span class="hps">is to explore</span> <span class="hps">the dynamic relationship between</span> <span class="hps">improvisation and composition : how to transform an idea into movement. </span><span class="hps">Deepen the</span> <span class="hps">friction between</span> <span class="hps">mind and</span> <span class="hps">body moving.</span></span></p>
<p>My work methodology is very collaborative, this means that I demand a great involvement of the participants, which enriches their creativity. We explore the possibilities of transforming a concept into a scenic expression, through the body, and at the same time being able to convey an idea.<br />
Learning from everything that surrounds us, we try to understand the world through art, we look for our own personal language of expression and we question ourselves with each creation what message we want to convey.<br />
I have worked in many schools, and I have a long experience in choreography work with groups of different disciplines.</p>

<p>When we are on stage, whether we are actors, singers, musicians and every other type of performer, we transmit information that we are not always aware of. Stage presence is the main tool that we use for communicating with the public, and channels all our artistic potential.</p>
<p>The most important thing in communication with the public is the stage presence, and that is where we must channel all the artistic potential.<br />
We will explore this presence using the physicality of the body itself.</p>
<p>HOW CAN IT BE ACHIEVED?<br />
Developing awareness of one&#8217;s own body and therefore self-confidence. A body with a dynamic attitude is a confident body that maintains control.</p>

<span class="hps">Through playing,</span> <span class="hps">the child</span> <span class="hps">is encouraged</span> <span class="hps">to</span> <span class="hps">find</span> <span class="hps">their own resources</span>, <span class="hps">its possibilities and limits</span> <span class="hps">and gain</span> <span class="hps">confidence</span>.<br />
<span class="hps">These classes</span> <span class="hps">are aimed at</span> <span class="hps">children</span> <span class="hps">aged</span> <span class="hps">between 3 and 10</span> <span class="hps">years.</span><br />
<span class="hps">At a general level</span>, we will work: Exercises <span class="hps">rhythm</span>, <span class="hps">concentration, coordination</span>, <span class="hps">directed movement</span>, <span class="hps">improvisation</span>, <span class="hps">space</span> <span class="hps">awareness</span>, body <span class="hps">memory</span>, Choreography <span class="hps">and</span> <span class="hps">Relaxation.</span></span></p>
